Returns

As a small business, I always encourage customers to shop responsibly and make sure that ring sizes and other required measurements are correct. I am not a corporation, my cash flow is very unpredictable, and every return sets me back, so I kindly ask you to value my time and not purchase an item if you’re having doubts.

However, mistakes happen and in some cases they can be fixed.

According to EU law, I am obliged to offer a 14 day period from delivery when you can request to return an item and have it shipped back to me. This only applies to EU customers and only to ready-to-ship items. Items that are produced especially for you (made-to-order items and custom orders) and sale items cannot be returned. Please contact me beforehand at bellyofthesnek@gmail.com if you would like to return your order. You will be responsible for covering return shipping and for the safety of the item until it is delivered back to me. All returned items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. If this condition is not met, your refund will be denied.

In the rare case that I’ve made a mistake with your order, I will do everything that I can to correct it. This applies to all customers no matter their location. Again, please contact me at bellyofthesnek@gmail.com.

Canceling an order

If you have ordered the wrong item, you have 1 hour to contact me to cancel the order. If you fail to contact me on time, I will proceed with making and/or shipping your order ASAP.

If you have ordered the wrong size of an MTO item, please contact me with the correct size ASAP. Usually there is a time window of a few days to do that, but I suggest you do it sooner than later.

Payments

Payments can be made via PayPal with a credit/debit card or your PayPal account.

For bookkeeping reasons PayPal Checkout will not be available on 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December.
