All items are sent from Riga, Latvia (European Union).
I do my best to offer as many shipping destinations as possible on my list. To see the list, you can add a random item to your cart and go to the checkout. Don’t worry, I don’t send abandoned cart emails 🙂
If your country is not on the list, there may be several reasons for this.
In the case of EU countries, I don’t ship to some of them where it is impossible for me to comply with packaging regulations as a small business. There’s nothing I can do at the moment, and I won’t risk getting a huge fine just to fulfil one order. However, if you have friends or family who live in a country that I ship to, you’re welcome to place an order to their address and have them forward the package to you 🙂 If you do this, don’t forget to write their phone number instead of yours.
In the case of non-EU countries, I’ve probably never shipped to your country before, and if there’s a viable shipping option, I can offer it to you. In this case you’re welcome to send me an email, and I’ll see what I can do.
I don’t ship to Russia or Ukraine.
EU countries (excl. LV, LT and EE)
Within the EU packages ship with DPD or FedEx. DPD is a more affordable option that takes 1-2 weeks to arrive. FedEx is a faster option that takes 2-7 business days to arrive. Current shipping costs are 16-17€ for DPD or 25€ for FedEx (excl. EU VAT).
LV, LT and EE
In Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania packages are shipped with Omniva. Please provide your parcel station in the notes during checkout.
United Kingdom
Shipping to the UK is only possible for orders priced 220€ (before any discount is applied) and higher. This is due to the regulations that were introduced post-Brexit and require sellers of packages valued below 135ÂŁ to register for a UK VAT number, which I cannot afford to do.Â
All UK orders will be shipped with FedEx with a full declaration of cost, which means you may incur import tax/customs fees. Please, find out in advance the estimated import tax/customs fees/possible FedEx fees before you place an order, as this is not the responsibility of the seller.
Non-EU countries
Orders from outside the EU are shipped with FedEx. In some cases I may substitute FedEx with an equivalent courier company upon my own discretion, such as DHL, if FedEx is unavailable or is less convenient for the chosen destination. The usual delivery times for FedEx are 4-14 business days.
Shipping costs: 25€ to the USA and 27€ to the rest of the non-EU countries.
Upon making a purchase, you agree to pay import duties and taxes that may be applied by your country’s customs. If you are unsure about this, please find out in advance if you will need to make any extra payments upon arrival of the package.
Next day delivery options
Some courier companies offer next day delivery. If you would prefer a next day delivery or a guaranteed delivery on a certain day, contact me at bellyofthesnek [at] gmail.com, and I will find out if this is possible. Most likely this kind of delivery will come at an extra cost to you. Please note that it would take me at least one business day to get information about availability, costs, etc.
NB! Courier companies don’t ship to P.O. boxes or US military addresses.
You must provide your phone number for the courier to reach you.
How soon will my order ship?
Production times are stated for each item in its listing. All items in an order will ship together once they have been manufactured, even if some of them are ready to ship at the time of purchase. If you would like the items to ship separately, please make separate orders.
Tracking number
A tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
Lost packages
Lost packages are a very rare occurrence. However, if you have a suspicion that the delivery of your order is not going as planned, please reach out to me and I will resolve the issue.
